We're Hank and Paty. Follow along as Casa Magnolias comes to life, one milestone at a time.
Explore our progress
We are building our new home at Residenciales Magnolias in San Miguel de Allende, México. After months of planning and decisions, the house is taking shape.
This little corner of the internet is our way to share photos, milestones, and the occasional construction adventure with the people we love.
Key moments from plans to move-in. We'll update this page as things progress.
A preview of the Diamante model, followed by construction photographs as our house takes shape.
From the earliest groundwork to the finishing stages. Photos are grouped by what they show; exact capture dates are still being verified. Gallery updated: Refactored edition.
Actual construction photographs, grouped by stage. Flooring and finishing work is included under Interior Progress. Select a photo to enlarge it and use arrows or swipe to browse within that section.
Construction videos: We have 16 original clips in our private archive. They are not posted here yet while we select appropriate excerpts and arrange streaming. Large originals will not be placed in the public GitHub repository.
